Boeing Receives $9.5M Modification for C-17 Simulator Training Supporting NATO Partners

Boeing has been awarded a $9.5 million contract modification for C-17 simulator training supporting North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) partners.

This modification increases the ceiling of the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract from the previously awarded amount to $18 million. This contract involves foreign military sales for NATO and foreign military sales funds in the amount of $2.7 million are being obligated at the time of the award. This modification to an existing award is the result of a country-directed, sole-source acquisition. The 338th Specialized Contracting Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas, is the contracting activity.

Work will be performed in the United Kingdom and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2021.
