CSSC Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding Company has won the bid to build a 10,000-ton class marine patrol ship for the China Maritime Safety Administration (MSA).
The ship will be delivered to the Guangdong MSA and will become the largest and most advanced marine patrol ship in the China MSA inventory.

Guangzhou Wenchong Shipbuilding Co. Ld is owned by the state-owned China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC), one of the two largest shipbuilding conglomerates in China, the other being the China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (CSIC). The Guangzhou Wenchong shipyard is located in southeast of Guangzhou, between Huangpu old and new ports.
