Indian Navy ships INS Sahyadri (F49), INS Kamorta (P28) & INS Shakti (A57) arrived in Singapore for a scheduled port visit.

INS Sahyadri is a Shivalik-class stealth multi-role frigate; INS Kamorta is a Kamorta-class anti-submarine warfare (ASW) stealth corvette and INS Shakti is a Deepak-class fleet tanker. All ships are assigned to the Navy’s Eastern Fleet.
The ships will be also visiting Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia and USA during the deployment. They are scheduled to take part in the trilateral naval exercise Malabar with U.S. Navy and the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) and the U.S. Pacific Fleet-led Rim of the Pacific Exercise (RIMPAC), the world’s largest international maritime warfare exercise.
