Kelvin Hughes will be exhibiting at the Danish Maritime Fair being held at The Train Workshop in Copenhagen from May 2nd to 4th, 2018.
An international forum that brings together the Nordic maritime cluster with global industry players, the Fair takes place every two years and in 2016 attracted some 4,600 maritime professionals from 71 countries. This year’s event is expected to be even bigger.
Renowned for providing the world’s commercial shipping fleet with state-of-the-art navigation radar systems, ECDIS and Voyage Data Recorders (VDR), Kelvin Hughes will be taking the opportunity to promote its core technologies, including its S-Band SharpEye solid-state radar transceivers, X-Band IMO type-approved 12kW radar for commercial ships, and IMO type-approved integrated widescreen dual Plan Position Indicator (PPI) radar displays.
Kelvin Hughes has been designing, manufacturing and supplying navigation radar since the 1940s and, as well as being a supplier to 30 of the world’s navies, has thousands of radar and integrated bridge systems installed on cargo ships, cruise ships (notably the Queen Mary 2), fast ferries, offshore support vessels and a wide range of other workboats.
